Undertale and other indie games

I recently played Undertale and really loved the story, nostalgia, and the impact little choices made. Does anyone have any similar games they have enjoyed? Games that surprised you with their charm, games where choices result in a different ending, etc? I guess it doesn't have to be indie.
Life is Strange was okay..but the last episode killed it for me.
Oxenfree was decent but a LOT of dialogue.
Firewatch felt like a movie rather than a game lol.
I also love some good RPGHorror games, like Witch's House, IB, Forest of Drizzling Rain, etc. Unexpectedly fun.

Any diamonds in the rough you've found? I know Undertale has exploded, but disregarding the fandom I was REALLY surprised at how much I enjoyed it.

Undertale is great. Have you played Earthbound before?

Space funeral is a fun one. It's not on steam but you can find it online. It's extremely short (you can beat it in like 20 min) but I loved every bit of it.

Earthbound is on my Wii U virtual console. I started playing it and then drifted off. I'll have to finish it! (The battle system is so slow because of being spoiled by quicker ones nowadays. )

I'll look up Space Funeral too. I'm getting Stardew Valley for my birthday, and I see there's already a thread on it in this forum, so that is promising!

I can see that! It's definitely worth playing. Earthbound is one of my favorites. A new fan based one is in the process of being made called Mother 4. It's going to be free. Can't wait for it's release! Maybe you'd like that one more.

Stardew Valley is amazing. It's so addicting! On my rest days, I play it all day lol. If you like Harvest Moon, I'm sure you'll love it. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Earthbound is one of my holy grails I want for my collection but it's like 170.00 used complete. I bought a complete NES at christmas for that lol. I tend to back little known games on kickstarter too for some reason. I wouldn't call them diamonds in the rough as the people making them are well known in some cases. There is one and it's free on PSN right now for the ps4 called Broforce. If you're old enough to remember action stars of the 80s and 90s this is for you as it spoofs a ton of them.

Ok, so Stardew valley is in progress and very enjoyable so far, but I've hardly gotten anywhere with it.
Broforce was amusing for a while, so that was fun.
    Still need to finish Earthbound--ehhh
And I bought/finished LiEat on Steam for the heck of it--it was $3. It was a cute game of mostly story telling--not much to it.
