Hi,
Made this tonight and it was so good and simple.
4-5 oz Salmon
1 tablespoon of mayo
1 tsp mustard
salt & pepper
1-2 ounces of asiago or parmesan cheese
Place Salmon skin side down on tin foil, cover first with mayo, swirl mustard then salt & pepper, cover completely with cheese. Cover salmon up in tin foil, either grill high temp or place in oven 400* for 20- 40 minutes depending how thick your salmon is. Last 5 minutes take foil cover off to melt and crisp cheese. Enjoy
p.s. I need a wing recipe for a bringing wings to the base hospital...tried one that was crock pot put they just fell apart. Thank you

OMG...this sounds so good! I'm not a huge salmon fan but I do like and eat a lot of seafood including other kinds of fish.0

Yum! I have a similar salmon recipe which involves glueing herbs and salt onto the salmon with mayo, too. I'd like to try your version.0
