Good Morning!
Nice to have some company in this group to get the workouts done in the AM! Keep moving!
A-1 day yesterday and woosh the carb deload is upon me. I now don't mind the weight fluctuations because I can predict them with my diet.

Today:
WOD - heading to that
1 mile walk right after WOD
Lunch - taking long lunch for HIIT class with daughter
Off to dinner to celebrate birthdays but my daily intake is all planned out give or take a good carb pending how I feel!


Have a great day! 40 more days. Look what we have already accomplished in 60. Just think of what can be done with the last 40! It goes by fast!! Keep going. We are getting stronger both mentally and physically!

    I do my best in the morning when I get up and get in a workout. hubby just ran home for lunch and stated you're up already? I wanted to get the workout done without his commentary but I guess I'll be starting and chatting with him.

    Today is errand day I need to get everything wrapped up for a few weeks as this is my last day off for 2 weeks. You know when you hit springtime when vacations start to come.

    Today's goals
    exercise
    hope for a no rain day so I can hit the park too
    Grocery shop
    run the errands

    Good morning!

    I hit my goals yesterday. Yoga last night was fabulous!

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. rest

    Happy Friday!!! How did we do this week!?

    I'd say I did pretty well all week, stayed on point, hit my water goals most days, and I feel good...hoping the scale will reflect my hard work next Wednesday, as that will be 2 weeks without weighing myself and trying something new.

    Today is a rest day because I'm going to run my first 10K race tomorrow...excited!!

    Today,: Rest, water, macros!

    Happy Friday to you too @courtlloyd Everyone is doing fablous with their goals......Last weekend was a bust but was I able to jump back on the wagon.... I might not be able to hit my goal this ROUND but will be close, hopefully. Thanks to this challenge, :)

    Today's goal
    1. Grocery shopping healthy snacks!
    2. Pre plan a couple healthy dinners
    3. Morning run / evening walk.
    4. No late night snacking
    5. Low sodium

    @Frigs you're awesome!!! I think that being able to predict your body and its response is one the greatest feeling ever. Makes us feel so in control of ourselves!
    @2020pinktogo sounds like you have lots to do and I love that you put yourself first and do you workouts. Sometimes, that is the best stress free part of the day :)
    @SingRunTing I'm proud of you for keeping everything in a good flow while buying your new home :)
    @CourtLloyd my sister, I wish you the best time ever on your first 10k. You did an amazing job prepping for this and now you just need to relax and let your body show you how fantastic you are!!! You will rock it!!!
    @GrandmaJackie you are doing so good and we are all proud to have you in the challenge!!!

    Yesterday was a very good day for me, everything went according to plan :)
    Today my goals are to cover all my basics, do my training session and take my monthly progress pictures.

    Happy Friday everyone!

    Yesterday was a little high in sodium for me (dinner out) but good otherwise. Today is the basics of calories and a workout for my goals. This weekend I want to do a lot of meal prep and planning. I slacked a little on it this week and it made dinner time a lot more difficult. I'm excited that the weather is warming up a bit and I will be able to get in some nice nature walks this weekend.

    Best not dwell on yesterday. Today was better. Tomorrow is a day of plans.
