    Holy cow, I think I might have managed a day without sugar or white flour. I cannot even believe how many things have sugar listed as an ingredient. I will try again tomorrow but am ecstatic that I managed to get one day!!

    I gave up sugar and processed sugars around 6 months ago.... so I liked this challenge :)

    Sunday - Not quite. I had 1g sugar white sugar in the whipped topping on my Sunday coffee. I'm still pretty pleased about the day.
