I like OhYeah Victory and One bars if I need to stay around 200 calories for a bar and then Robert Irvine's Fit Crunch bars if I need something more substantial (approaching 400 calories) as they taste amazing due to having more fat (and more protein). I don't mind eating a Quest bar, but was already a convert to OhYeah even before Quest's recipe change; so now after their recipe change, even more so. I just go with whichever one that fits my macros for the day as need to.0

I only eat protein bars if I've just done a heavy workout and I know I won't have the opportunity to eat for a while.... I'll usually pack food or a protein shake if I know I'm not going home straight away. I do like Quest bars once in a while, although I'll admit I haven't tried them since the formula change. I find protein bars are far too expensive for the amount of protein they provide.0

Agree with Oh Yeah bars. They are the best.0

I used to use Quest bars for the high fibre and low net carbs when cutting. When bulking I'd always opt for ground beef and white rice post workout. I don't eat protein bars regularly anymore due to the high cost (especially with Quest brand), but I still pick up a few for when i'm spending the day in airports or hiking in the woods.0

I keep Quest bars in the car for days I'm on the road, so that I don't miss a fueling and don't hit a fast food.
