Sorry for being mia. Between helping my daughter move into a new place, decorating it, hurting my back again and my laptop being down its been overwhelming. I'm posting from my phone which to me is hard. Lol I stepped on the scale and I can tell this recurring back pain is allowing me to gain weight. I turn 50 in September so I have rededicated myself to getting the weight off which for me means another challenge. Let me know if you want to come along it will start April 2nd and run through July 4th.

I'll join. I have been stalling a bit the past 4 weeks or so, but really tend to ramp up my intensity after daylight savings time.

Yes I will join. I am really struggling too! Too much work to both at home and at work. I have had the flu twice in a month and taking cold medications just adds to my weight (gross stuff).
I have come to a complete standstill... no matter what I do.

@ACSL3 I'm 49 I don't think it ever ends what I have seen is it is easier to work with men as they just say what they are feeling or mean and it's over. Women tend to dwell on it stew over it and then plot their revenge. I have 2 women in my dept ones 36 the other 54 everyday's a new drama as they hate each other and are trying to get rid of the other. It's nerve racking. We'll send you some good wishes that the drama settles.

I don't seem to be doing well at losing the holiday weight this time. I am running more and increasing distance for a race, but I am eating more too. I know the culprit, but I don't seem to be motivated to change it. Here's to next week to make that change!

I am in for joining the group Apr 2 through July 4! I need to get myself back to where I was; regaining back all the weight I lost is NOT an option!

Yeah I lost two pounds back. Trying to figure out this whole eating more. I've been stress eating a lot because I've been busy. I need to take the conscious effort to log food and not overdue it with eating more.

At this point my goal is not to go over my start of the challenge weigh in. It's very close.

That really seems to be my goal at this point too. I am over it already and would prefer not to be.

Thanks. The frustrating thing about it is that I'm more "collateral" damage but I would be the one who gets hurt the worst. It's between these two other women and I got pulled into it by one of them to try to get back at the other. Anyway, I'm trying really hard to get back on track and haven't quite done so yet. But I shall keep trying.

Thanks for the good wishes :)

@ACSL3 When things get straightened out just turn yourself into Switzerland. Let each of them complain to you about the other and be the best listener ever. People truly just love to talk. When the other asks did they talk about me just say No. The two women in my dept talk to me non stop about the other. I just nod my head and say ok a lot. As both parties are unstable my thought is truly self preservation. If either party was to come in with a gun I want to live. Thus I stay neutral I am Switzerland. I was on the receiving end last year and thought I was going to lose my job never again.
