I just got my alta today and my steps will not sync. Will there be an update?

I haven't seen anyone else with a new Alta who has said they're having issues, so you should probably troubleshoot what is going on. You say your steps aren't syncing. Are you getting a Fitbit Calorie Adjustment? Do your accounts (both on Fitbit and MFP) indicate that they're connected?

Make sure you have the option to sync steps turned on0
