Hi, Im not a newbie but fell off for a while after being diagnosed with RA, I'm back ready to win this battle. Looking for friends for motivation and hopefully I can inspire you as well. I keep an open diary please feel free to add me. Especially if you too are dealing with any auto immune disorders or chronic pain. Open to all.

    I don't suffer from RA but I do suffer from a thyroid condition, bad knees and a bad back from working on planes in the Navy. I'm not a newbie myself but like u i'm ready to tackle this battle so lets do this :D
