Today
1. Hi Carb day
2. 3/4 gallon water
3. HIIT this morning
4. 60 abs
5. easter rehearsal tonight

Happy Hump Day!!

I am at my all time low but know my weight will go up tomorrow cause of the high carb but it's ok. Each time it goes up..it goes up a little less. It's all good!

    Well I have done my 3 miles already and I feel a long day ahead of me. I just didn't sleep well last night. I really need the weather to make up it's mind.

    So yesterday i increased my water and I also increased my trips to the bathroom. UGH!!
    So today I will just keep things simple and pack my lunch
    try and do another exercise workout when I get home

    Good morning!

    Long, busy day yesterday, but I hit my goals. My weight is still way up from the weekend and hoping to see a big drop soon.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. strength training

    Good morning everyone!!!
    Yesterday, was fantastic. I started the day feeling lazy and tired... Things didn't change much through the day... These are the days I find most relevant, I want to know that I can handle things under pressure and not just when it's convenient. I passed my test and accomplished all my goals, that why it was a good day in the end.
    Today's plan is to cover all my basics and finish all the baking and prep for my hubby's birthday tomorrow :)

    Happy hump day! I swear I have dropped off! Busy last week with travels and then not feeling well..still tracked and everything, but I'm here!

    Today was weigh in day--haven't weighed myself in 3 weeks and it went down! I sneaked a peak this weekend thinking I'd be up with the heavy carb days when I was away and I was down! Held steady at 169.2 the past three days, so I'll take it! -80lbs gone FOREVER!! Hang in there ladies, keep doing it, and take it one day at a time!!

    Today--workout already complete, 12 cups of H20 is the goal, and to have fun while on break with my daughter!
