Hello everyone!!! I started DDP yoga a week ago and already lost 5.8 lbs. I am wanting to ose around 120 lbs. So, I am following phase 2 nutrition plan. Is anyone else following phase 2?

I skipped the nutrition plan entirely.1

I am starting the nutrition plan on Monday, but I will be starting with Phase 1, while eliminating a good portion of dairy. How do you like phase 2 so far?0

I am interested in starting the nutrition plan. Unfortunately, with my family and the way the cooking goes in our house it's very hard to stick to it. So I am trying to be as good as I can lol0

I skipped the nutrition part, just counting cals through MFP. Too much restriction that I know I will fail (as I have in the past).0

That's what I'm afraid of too. Because like I said in my house it's hard to be on a strict eating plan and have other people chowing on chips. So I'm just doing the best I can LOL.
