Successes and struggles: The scale is virtually stuck and it's making me crazy. I have successfully stayed away from the scale all week which has helped my anxiety level regarding this period of non-movement. One more weekly weigh in next Sunday then the scale goes on shut down until the next measurement day, 4/12.0 -

Hello, everyone. I just wanted to say "hi" again. I posted and said that I would like to participate, and then my dog died. I guess that might seem trivial, if you don't have pets or aren't an animal lover, but losing him really threw me into a dark, sad place, and I pretty much binged the entire month of March, I'm ashamed to admit. I did weigh 310 lbs., and now I weigh a lot more. Not sure how much because I haven't been on the scales, but I can feel it. I'm ready to try again, and if it's okay, I'll join in on the April Challenge thread. Thank you for reading.0
