    I'm with you! Even behaving over this past weekend and on the go I had still gone up almost three pounds. I'm surprised I even had a loss this week.

    Week 9: ? not sure what happened here, I'm not sure if I didn't weigh in or if I got my weeks confused - oh well :wink:
    Week 10: 164.4 - happy to not be gaining
    Week 11: 167.2 - water weight - been eating things with lots of sodium in it. Since I'm posting a week late, I'm already back down to 164.4 after drinking more water and eating less salt for week 12.
