Monthly Mini Challenge - APRIL

So for April I was thinking a good attainable goal was for everyone to commit to drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Drinking plenty of water is going to help us keep from overeating, and has been known to help you burn even more calories then those who don't drink enough!

I was also thinking for May, we should take a vote on what May's challenge should be! :)
