I know this has nothing to do with swimming, but I've been watching it all day with a smile on my face!
Wish I could speak French...

I think it's VERY relative to swimming, the form of movement is different but we also have relays & it's so cool watching somebody make up all that ground (or water).....0

So how do I load this in my alarm clock? So hard to crawl my fat *kitten* out of a warm bed, even though I'm pumped when I go to bed and the pool I swim in is heated with lanes always open. Oh well guess I'm the only one that has this problem.1 -
Oh, no, Bama, you're not alone - you're describing my mornings to a "T"......0

Yeah! I'm needing a dash of this inspiration today!0

Mine's fairly easy.
"Do you want to DNF the Lake Memphremagog swim? No? Do you want to get your fool self killed in San Francisco bay? No? Good. Get up. Go swim. If you do not swim you're either going to get yourself hurt, or you're going to waste a whole pile of money."0 -

This is my idea of heaven! Unfortunately our local pool in now closed for the winter and I'm really missing my daily swim already. Now back to walking every day0

6:00 alarm? Only on weekends. Weekdays it is a 4:20 alarm and in the pool by 5:05AM.0
