Is Hooters crazy? This looks really odd.

I LOVE the naked wings at Hooters and I know that buffalo style wings typically have 0-1 gram of carbs per wing. It even says this here at MFP

But on the Hooters website something is way off.

They do make the distinction between breaded and regular wing. According to their PDF 10 regular , non breaded wings have 80 carbs! Their breaded wings have less carbs at 74.

Not sure how long this PDF has been up but something has to be wrong, right? There can't be that many carbs in 10 naked chicken wings?!!

Hooters? Is that the place where your food is served by scantily clad women? I'd boycott it just for that, no matter how good their food was!!

If it is a sugary glaze/sauce, I could see carbs being higher.

@Christine_72 I appreciate your sentiment but was asking a nutrition question. We are all glad you'd boycott Hooters and that's your right. They make awesome wings and provide thousands of jobs to both men and women and their wings good. Best of luck to you with your fitness goals.

@nvmomketo , I was thinking the same thing until I looked their wing sauce which has zero carbs, so I am hoping it's a misprint.

I tried looking up their menu but it won't work on my phone. Are their naked wings still breaded and just not sauced maybe? Or do their orders come with a side of fries that they are including in the calculation?
