^ a reminder for me today. nI was ravenous last night and ate a bunch of extra stuff. When that happens, the next day I get discouraged and am tempted to eat even more. Figured I'd remind myself of why I eat!
Swimming always makes me sooooo hungry! I could run for three hours and not get as hungry as I do when I swim 30 minutes. Anyway, got an hour long swim in and then headed for Costco. Managed to avoid impulse buys there...thankfully...and got a new card as well. Got my e-mail backlog whittled down...including finally biting the bullet and registering for the USAT national championships. Super nervous about that, but excited too! Better train hard so I don't embarrass myself! Took oldest to piano lessons and went shopping. Then after dinner headed to church for a kids deal where they kids write postcards to other kids who have visited. That also went well.
Didn't sleep the greatest so I may just take a nap this afternoon to make sure I'm still getting the rest I need! Staff meeting this morning, and then this evening I plan on a long endurance bike ride. About an hour or so.

Sharing bed with daughter she snored all night, not much sleep.
Errand day then home tomorrow. Going to call and see if I can do local nia class tomorrow morning before I go.
Finding out my new stick is working, even with a ton of temptations. Slowly not feeling as tempted.
But I know part of it is because I am busy here, easier to blow it when I get bored, so will see when I get home.
Just really enjoying a good week!0
