Been lc for a few weeks now. Not sure why but decided to eat up some high carb food that I still had. (I have a hard time throwing away food). Anyways the more I ate the worse I felt. To the point that I had to just stop and throw it away. Is this normal? Others experience this?

Yes! I feel it with just a (for me) higher carb meal of close to 20g. Too many carbs at once doesn't feel good.

It is a nice reminder to stay on track and on how it can help your health. ;)

Doesn't it make you really realize what feeling good actually is? It's like we never knew how bad those foods made us feel before because it was so normal.

I went to a buffet last night and ate everything, choc mud cake, chinese, pasta and completely disregarded the carb content. I felt off when I got home and still have a belly ache/nausea this morning. I'm not even particularly low carb, just aim to keep under 100g.
This is the first time I've visited the buffet since reducing my carbs, and never felt bad/bloated or sickly before, and I've been there dozens of times.

Gosh, yes! I absolutely will not eat bread. It makes my stomach hurt.
