Eating not in control
Gained 3 pounds lost 1
Exercise 5 k but nothing else. I hate this today doing at least 2 hours to make up

Sad day funeral .pain after jogging yesterday and a 48 min daily burn cannot walk without pain
So here I am struggling gained 2 pounds from company,stress,not eating all meals and not eating Jenny meals.

Good morning I am doing great. Never thought I would be down 17 pounds since Jan 27
Jenny is the best yes costly but ever two weeks 100-125 dollars is not bad for meals that are healthy and quick and taste good
I injured my knee after 5 k not sure but jogging is not possible
Daily burn today weights and lots of weights,crunches 70 min total
First time I've done this set.

Managed to lose over Easter weekend. Ate the Jenny way,small portions. Lost 64lbs. WithJenny.0

Mel - awesome job losing 2 pounds over the Holiday! I did the opposite and gained, so upset w myself.
I'm new to the site and new to having a Fitbit, but not new to Jenny. I've lost 35 pounds since the beginning of the year, half on my own and half since joining Jenny at the end of Jan.
Easter was a dedicated to Jenny Day for me too, since I was able to wear a dress and a dressy coat I love that day that hadn't fit me in 3 years. So psyched, but have to get more strictly back in gear to keep this up.0 -
April 5 started wearing knee brace April 4 th it does feel better
Today restarted daily burn cardio 60 min want more but don't think I can
I want two more pounds before next wed

ggjazz, it sounds like you are doing all the right things. Good luck losing those 2 lbs.
One determined Lady,congrats on being so successful losing 35 lbs.. this year. I find it's harder to lose weight over the winter months. Way to go.0 -
Thoughts on kale.tried it in the oven yuk then in a salad yuk
Now oven with cinnamon and sugar twin
Also made a flourless peanut butter cookie yum
Knee better so going to try treadmill on slow0 -
Disappointed for sure.159 weight but at Jenny its 160
This is been a week now and my log is telling me I should be 158 by now
With knee injury cardio is limited
Just have to take what I can get be happy with my achievement0 -
158 my scale doing as much cardio as I can even though I know it won't help?why! Because I don't eat enough food
I eat the same food daily Jenny salads vegies some fruit 1200-1300 calories.
So tomorrow I hope the scale is right.
I am so tired right now,cold and wanted to work on flower beds but kneeing or bending over not a good idea. My knee is better and I believe stretching 20 min after cardio does helso I should be grateful that the sun is out and feel prett good about knee0 -
Doing great. I am now 155 and never thought in January at my highest in years 177 that this was possible
I am half way!!!!! Planing some meals with a little Jenny and myself. Drive 50 miles every two weeks to consultant.spend 125 for two weeks
Now dropping Jenny food to 100 or below
Cannot tell you how tuff the decision was to rejoin but it works0 -
I just joined JC on Friday. I know it's a bad time of the year but my weight is out of control. I am very impressed with the program so far. The food is tasty and you get full. I go back on Wednesday to weigh in. Looking forward to a loss!!!1

I just rejoined after a 7 month hiatus. It worked for me before and hopefully will again.0
