Tried a new way to prepare oatmeal
2 apples sliced lay in bottom of crock pot
1/4 cup brown sugar sprinkle over apples
1 t cinnamon sprinkle over
2 c oatmeal
2c water
2 c milk I used coconut milk
Cook on low over night wake up to wonderful breakfast
I added pecans and dried cranberries

    Sounds great, that is a lot of calories for 1 meal. You must not have to watch calories but I am going to try a variation of it so thanks.
