Here we go ladies! This one should be fun!
Fire Hydrants! If you haven't done these, be ready to feel the burn. Aim for at least 10 reps per side every day. Do more if you can, and post your daily accomplishments here.

Monday- 10 reps each side
Tuesday- 5 reps each side ( tweaked low back setting up a folding table today! Grrr...)0 -

Tuesday - 30 reps
I was aiming for 50, but spaced on doing any until about 30 minutes ago.0 -
30 reps...awesome. I did ten on each side last night.0

I'm going to try again with the goal of 50, but today I'm starting 12 hours earlier. Last night, I did 3 sets of 10 with about a 1-2 minute rest in between. Today, I plan to just do a set of 10 every few hours. This feels very doable!0

Wednesday - 30 reps again. My body was very tired today, but I'll try for 50 again tomorrow.
Total - 600 -

I like the idea of doing throughout the day. Way to go at it. I can see me doing that in my office and someone walking by my glass wall.....might start some rumors. definitely going to!0

My back is really tender, I decided to hold off on "dog peeing". ...haha; however I have continued walking and doing okay....Thinking my trips to Home Depot for plants and landscaping might be too much too....of course that's every year even if my back is not injured. Lol

Hopefully, it'll heal quickly even with the added pressures of spring yard work.
I tanked on the rest of the week for this challenge, so I'm ending with my total of 90 from Thursday.
