Interesting story, especially for those who are trying to lose those last 10lbs.

Within weeks my body underwent a transformation like I had never experienced before. The allusive lean “bikini figure” I had been chasing in my endless cross country running, was hiding in heavy weightlifting all along.

Awesome! Hopefully the message will trickle down that lifting heavy weights doesn't make women big.

I am more interested in what Jessica Jones eats (and drinks).

    EDIT: Actually, yum!

I'm definitely going to try her zoodles and liverwurst idea! I love them both and am always trying to find satisfying ways to eat liverwurst now that I don't eat crackers! Raw veggies and cheese crisps aren't cutting it.

@PaleoInScotland - I did a layered liverwurst/cream cheese dip, served warm, and eaten with cold bell pepper strips. The mix of sweet and salty and creamy was SO decadent! I dream of making it again. LOL It was surprisingly just as good with the green bell pepper strips as it was with my preferred reds!

That sounds yummy @KnitOrMiss I smear it on radishes, cucumbers and peppers, but can't take too much of it like that. It's not the same as a cracker. But a little cream cheese with it might help balance out the flavours.
