my first good LCD meal!

I just ate my first low-carb high protein/fat lunch and I am STUFFED!! Almost feeling sick. I had celery & peanut butter for a morning snack and that was pretty filling. I should have waited on lunch. The good thing is I am very full and I know I’ll stay this way for hours!

I had a tuna salad yesterday with some grated cheese.. it was all within my allowance, but i "allowed" myself too much and only really needed half of it! Doesn't it feel good though!0
