NSV of the week and probably a sign I need therapy LOL...So I haven't worn jeans in years and decided to buy a pair of size 28T jeans that were on sale just to put in my closet as a mini goal of eventually being able to walk into an actual store to buy clothing instead of ordering online. Before I hung them up, I figured, "what the heck" and tried to see how far off it would be until they might fit. They fit comfortably, not just comfortably but I've never had a pair of jeans that I didn't have to at least squeeze here or there or suck in to close. None of that! So I put them on, walked over to my husband then burst into tears for probably ten minutes! Like I said...therapy!! But I will say, I wore those jeans ALL WEEKEND LONG!
So just wanted to share that NSV because I know I am not seeing anything in the mirror, and sometimes the scale is not my friend, but I'm feeling better and have more energy than I did each yesterday before that and sometimes...it's just about that pair of jeans you haven't worn in ten years.

I weighed myself on Feb 29th and was 308#. Today I stepped on the scale and 275.6# flashed at me! I am down 32.4# since I started..and hopefully have neutralized the pre-diabetes that was staring me in the face in jan. I go see my Doc on April 28th and hoping for great news!4

ugh! And stuff (my body) looks different, I can see shaping going on, but the scale movement is frustrating for sure!
Not giving up, I know I am slow with this process, but i just keep going!
This week is a change of menu to help me out, please I ordered a new food scale and tracking accurately is a top priority! Look at all the success on these pages, tho'! wow!3 -
Diane---wow, what a month! congrats on the jeans! I almost cried in Lane Bryant not too long ago, when I was down 2 sizes more than I thought!

I'll take that. Being in training at work has really thrown me off. I apparently cannot concentrate on more than one thing at a time. But the journey is still going in the right direction so I'm good to go.2
