    I'm a little late getting here....but my goals for April are
    1) Get in 10,000 steps at least 15 days this month
    2) log honestly everyday.
    3) have an end weight of 228 (i'm currently 230)

    Another late one here! V;) My goals for April are:
    1) log daily
    2) exercise daily
    3) wine on weekends only.....not daily ;)

    Hi Everyone,
    Ive been off track for a good week, no tracking and very little exercise. It started with a long road trip and life stuff....but I'm back. My goal is to work out 5 x a week ( sat- sun) and to track my intake daily until the end of April. Here we go again ! Hope you guys are doing well !
