    57.28% body fat! Let's be real right... according to my body fat % I need to loose 131 pounds of fat. What a wake up call.

    Yeah me at 90 pounds is not healthy I don't care what anyone else says

    Definitely NOT a healthy goal!

    Agreed. In your case I would set a BF percentage goal instead of a weight goal. If you do this the weight will take care of itself IMO.

    Goal weight is 150 at this time, but ideally I should be 140.

    Starting weight: 198 *sigh* up five pounds in two weeks. My first big goal is to get to 180. I'm halfway there. But I also need to focus on inches lost instead of just what the scale says. We are at war right now.
