well I really think that I finally beat the binge monster, yes I have days (especially evening) when my head is telling eat eat until you are as full as your stomach can, but I succeed not to this, yes I eat too much sometimes but I don't binge since I stop when I decide.
so I want just to say YOU ALL CAN DO THIS, you can all recover from OCD

I almost binged tonight but I managed to stop. I ate two crackers and then my head said loudly, "Let's eat all these crackers in this bag, I deserve it after the day I had at work today." I put the crackers down and put them away. It was hard to do but I went upstairs to lie down in bed instead.2
