    Ok, I am on my desktop at work, and there is the smiley icon, then there is one that looks like a chain and the piece of paper looking one. Click on the one that looks like a piece of paper and that gives you the attaching a file or image.

    I have been very disappointed with my progress at this point even with doing the reassessment. My waist went up 1/2 inch and I haven't lost as much as I would have liked. But to the positive and that is what I am trying to focus on, I am stronger. I can run a mile faster, I did 8 more push-ups and was able to do 15 more crunches. Climbing stairs have become easier, I don't get winded after 1 flight anymore.
