I was sleeved 4 days ago. Still in a good bit of pain. I am really struggling to stay hydrated . I know this is common. I just didn't realize how difficult it would be to take a pill or drink water. Maybe 2nd week is better?

I was sleeved last Monday, 04/11. The program that I'm in doesn't allow any whole pills to be swallowed for 1 month, so it surprised me when you said you were taking pills.

I hope it gets easier for you!

Yes! I can only imagine how hard that must be. See if you can get an inexpensive pill crusher (my hospital actually gave me two) and crush your meds instead. It will be so much easier on your stomach.

Congratulations on the beginning of your journey! Your life is about to change in amazing ways.

Just keep up with frequent small sips. You'll be worlds better in a few days

I bought a cheap timer and set it for every few minutes to remind me to sip. Getting in the habit of smaller but more frequent sips took a while to get down!

You will feel better soon! Good luck!

Thanks for sharing your experience, I had no idea that this was something I may face...I still have a lot to learn. Take it easy, and good luck with your recovery, I hope things are getting better.

Hope your feeling better. I used a timer on my cell for my water sips. I also had to take pills. It does get easier. Good luck!
