Hey Everyone,

My surgery date is April 12th, and I started Optifast today. What is your surgery date?

    Hello my operation date is on the 5th of April I am starting my diet on Monday.

    Monicalinharris,.... I had my surgery yesterday and it isn't as bad as everyone I watched on YouTube made it out to be. Let me know if you have any questions about stuff. Still sitting in hospital. Being discharged around noon today. Had surgery yesterday around 3pm.

    Hi girls, I'm joining in late but my surgery date is april 28th! So anxious and nervous and excited at the same time! Hope you guys are doing well in recovery!!
