Do you log calories on your 5 normal days?

I only keep track of my 500 cal days & eat sensibly the other 5 - anyone else do this? I've not got time to do it every day.

I have to log every day or snacking starts getting out of control. If it works for you not to log, that's great.1

I log every day. I was doing this before starting 5:2. I probably will keep it up to I hit my goal body then switch to not counting and do weekly weigh ins. Hoping to maintain following this.0

I log everyday! Even though you hear a lot about being able to eat whatever you want on the non-fasting days, I know I can reach my goal faster by exercising moderation. Also, I want to sustain my weight long term so that needs to include making healthy choices a majority of the time, despite any diet "rules". One of the benefits of fasting is that by the next day, I have less desire to overeat!1

I have to- it simply wouldn't work for me otherwise. Get into the habit of logging and it's easy- all your most frequent eats will be in your saved searches. Also pre logging helps- plan your meals for next day when chilling on the couch in front of tv. Can actually be an enjoyable activity on a fast day when brain is occupied with food!0
