I know that getting through a fasting day can sometimes be daunting. I find what works best for me is to chose the day with some intention based on my schedule, things I have planned that day, etc. I also do not typically exercise on those days but maybe I could? I only keep track of my 500 cal days & eat sensibly the other 5 - anyone else do this? I've not got time to do it every day.

I thought this might be an interesting topic to get a little activity on this group. What do you eat on your fast days? Do you eat one meal and maybe a snack (depending on size of your meal) or do you try to portion 500 calories of something you can snack on throughout the day (i.e., trail mix)?
