Milestone 10 finale!! Don't forget to enter your current weight.

A huge shout out to @SingRunTing and @danelutza19 for leading these warriors through the 100 day journey. The ups and downs of it. For me started out great(per usual) so I upped my expectations only to hit a rising mountain and then I dug in my heels to get over the top. Did I reach my goal? No. Do I feel healthier? Yes. Am I looking forward to the next 100 day challenge. Absolutely. Between the vacations planned and the three children moving back home I am gonna need a consistent effort to, at a minimum, maintain and ultimately meet my end goal 5.5 lbs to go to my maintenance weight by September. But 1 day at a time.

Yesterday - ended up med carb but that's what my body needed
Today -
1. fueling up earlier in the day for race tonight
2. water, water, water
3. med carb

Have a great day!!!

We made it to the end!

I'm in a tough place right now. My father in law is terminally ill and so we are at the hospital. He's been sick for a long time and its just his time to go. So I'm here to support my husband.

Due to this, I probably won't be able to update anything for a few days. I usually give the final weigh in a grace period anyway, but just giving everyone a heads up.

No access to a scale today, so I don't know where my weight ended up for the end of the challenge. I do know that I basically maintained through this 100 days. It's been a stressful period, so I'm glad I didn't gain a bunch.

Looking forward to the next 100 days and getting back into the swing of things!

    Today's goal.
    1. Gym workout
    2. Under my calorie goal
    3. No late night snacking.
    4. Get my mojo back.

Since my husband retired too it's hard to stay focus, :(

    Good morning everyone!!!
It's time to celebrate the heroic efforts that we have all put into our journeys. I am so proud of each and everyone of us for being better and stronger than we were 100 days ago!!!

@SingRunTing, we wouldn't be here without all your hard work and dedication! Please take good care of yourself and your husband as you go through this major life event.

Yesterday was a very nice and active day for me. I didn't get around to train but I will today :) plan for today is to cover all basics and keep moving forward.
As far as weight I'm pleased with my results, maybe I could've done more but honestly I like my pace and it's very doable for me.
    Let's have a fabulous Tuesday!!!
Tomorrow I want to post a new log where we take note of all the changes we have experienced during these 100 days :)

I fell off the candy wagon today and had to try every flavor of salt water taffy. I won't be doing that again any time soon. So my goal is to do another set of exercises to offset it.

@SingRunTing you be with your family that is the most important thing right now.
@danelutza19 you continue to be a rock star
to every one else, we are all in this together, sometimes are good, some not so much. But this is for life not just a short term fix so when life gets in the way we just handle the best we can and move on when the dust settles.
Me my weight has been more up than down and then I gained what I had lost so right back where I started. And likely won't be a lot of change for a couple of months till me coach advises me that I can go back to cutting calories as I am on high maintance at the moment. It sucks but its more important to build my body back than worry about those last 10 lbs.

Onto the next 100 days! B)
