Last week wiped out by father medical life changing emergency ...allowed myself to stress eat...such bad long-term habits. But onward!
1. Log daily.
2. No eating in big chair or couch
3. Trail race on Friday! Finish alive and well is goal but placing in my age group and personal best time would be great.
4. Eat tomatoes from my garden and start my radishes and carrots seeds

@barbhat13 I hope all is well with your father!!!
Last week was an Epic fail week we shall put it all behind us and move forward.
Knock off the 4 lbs that have been growing slow and steady this is ridiculous.
10k steps a day
up the water
no more bread
increase the veggies0 -
Last week wasn't great for me either.

@barbhat13 Sure hope your father has a good recovery.
My weight didn't budge last week though I was pretty faithful to my plan, with the exception of hydrating properly - oh and forgetting to wear my Fitbit to count steps. Anyway, holding steady to my plan thinking this week the scale might move (please??). So,
1. 45 min on the bike daily
2. 84 oz of water daily
3. Eat healthy and mindfully
4. 10k steps daily
5. Garden, mow, lots of time moving out in the fresh air before and after work
Be well, friends, and have a good week!0 -
We're traveling this week. My goal is to make good food choices while I'm away and hopefully still be able to post a little loss next Monday.0

Last week was bad for me in the fact that logging was sporatic. I had a house full of sick kids and husband. It was crazy. I am hoping and praying i don't get it with 22 day left till my oldests wedding i don't have time to get sick.
On the up side i did lose a little. I did get 8 miles in running.
this week I wanted to
1) log everything
2) 10-12 glasses of water
3) go for 2-3 runs0 -
Pretty so-so week so far, mostly on the food side. I'm logging poorly and using that as an opportunity to overeat.
This weekend should be a good workout weekend (starting with a half marathon at 7 am on Saturday, so...). I keep thinking "next week I will get on track with logging and food" but just realized that makes no sense -- why wait? Time to start again!
I really wish I knew why I'm struggling with the discipline that was so easy before.0 -
@lemurcat12 I hear you! I am mystified why I cannot get myself fully back on track. I just cannot seem to knock off the pounds I've regained. Argh! I think I know what to do, but just have not fully committed to logging my food like I did two years ago. Got myself much more active, just eating more calories than that slimmer me can handle.0

Up two pounds yesterday from our trip. Already down 1/2 pound this morning. I have a busy week coming up, but some of it will just have to be outside gardening!0
