Great job losing weight. I am stuck at 225.3 after losing 52.3 pounds and getting really frustrated0

I didn't lose anything between March 15th and April 15th I ended one job, took a couple of weeks off and started a new one. Between all of that, although I didn't lose it and overeat or gain weight, my weight stayed the same....0

Have you measured yourself lately? A friend once told me when you're not seeing progress on the scale, you should measure yourself because the progress might show up in that way.I didn't lose anything between March 15th and April 15th I ended one job, took a couple of weeks off and started a new one. Ugh, Readjusting to a new routine can really mess things up. But maintaining through all that -- that's really good!!0
