    Great job losing weight. I am stuck at 225.3 after losing 52.3 pounds and getting really frustrated

    I didn't lose anything between March 15th and April 15th :( I ended one job, took a couple of weeks off and started a new one. Between all of that, although I didn't lose it and overeat or gain weight, my weight stayed the same....

    Have you measured yourself lately? A friend once told me when you're not seeing progress on the scale, you should measure yourself because the progress might show up in that way.

    Ugh, Readjusting to a new routine can really mess things up. But maintaining through all that -- that's really good!!
