Hey everyone I was just thinking and realized I haven't been under 200 pounds in about six years now so when I was 19 years old. Last year I got down to 200 and went through a breakup and never got to see 199. I'm just curious how long it has been for everyone else and what that number will mean to them?
I did it I can't believe it! I got on the scale this morning and it read 199 I almost cried. I haven't been under 200 since I was a teenager. I'm celebrating tonight with a new bath bomb after my workout...I just can't believe it ☺️

Good Morning Group! It's that time. With the Easter holiday in the mix I still managed to lose 7lbs since our last weigh in but I am up from the Holiday a slight bit. 7 still feels good to me. Slow and steady hopefully it will be gone for life!
Does Anyone else seem to find it easier to fall off ship on the weekends. Anyone have any tips to help with that? I am just so better at the weeks routine.
I think it would be great to have a thread where we express what we're feeling/experiencing on our worst days and maybe receive encouragement and tips from others. Or if you successfully made it through a tough day and would like to celebrate that by posting here, please do! And tell us what helped you. :)
Alright here goes! SW: 245 CW: 222.2 (what!!!!) Also, I've been taking pics once a month and today happened to be my 2 month pic taking! My only rule is that I can't suck in at all....so there's my tummy in all it's glory! Edited to add that I don't know how to make the pic bigger...not just a download. I'll work on that!
So I think we decided on weighing in twice a month? If so, then the weigh-in dates for March is the 15th and the 31st, right? If so, then 6 days till our first weigh-in! Who's ready?!
