Does Anyone else seem to find it easier to fall off ship on the weekends. Anyone have any tips to help with that? I am just so better at the weeks routine.

yeah... weekends are way harder for me. I honestly have no real good advice cos I suck at them. This one was probably the worst weekend since I started back in January. I went to a stag and doe Saturday night and things went bad pretty fast. But it's Monday morning now and I'm ready to get back to work. I have plans this Saturday that I'm trying to move to Easter weekend at the end of this month. That way I won't have anything to knock me off the rails again this weekend.0

What is a Stag and Doe? lol I feel silly for asking lol. I know I have been thinking about Easter. I offered to do the cooking and started pinning some healthy alternatives. This weekend was my Grams 95th birthday party. I didn't do bad at all but I really don't feel as well as I did.0

Stag and Does are wedding fundraisers. You go drink, eat, dance, and play games for the evening. All money goes to the bride and groom outside of initial operating costs for the evening.
One day a week off the wagon doesn't usually effect me too much because of my size. But I only go off for a special occasion like a party or something. The weight-loss journey is long and life shouldn't be ignored too much during the process.0 -

They have em all the time around here. Like there's at least 4 or 5 every weekend in my city if you look hard enough or not at all... lol.
I'm hosting one in May for the wedding I'm in. The one on Saturday was for my uncles step-daughter and her fiance. It was an okay night. I just drank with my cousins and danced alone or with strangers since I'm the only dancer in the family.0 -
It sounds like a fun night! Most of my cousins are a good bit older so that is pretty cool you have them to those kinda things with. Ha! I am the only dancer in my family as well but Now my youngest son really gets into it so I have someone to break down with . lol Have a good Day!!0

Happy Friday everone! It's weekend time.....my Saturday is already scheduled from 8 am till 9pm....Sunday will be catch up with housework.....going to try my best to stay eating what I have been eating all week.....hurdles are : tonight pizza party (planning to bring something w me) Saturday make sure I take time to eat (this is where I get in trouble w overeating because I am hungry) and Sunday should be ok......I am vowing to my pals here (girlscout fingers raised) that I will find time sat and sun to do some exercise.....watch for me in the workout thread! Lol....good luck with staying strong this weekend...0

Happy Friday! Here I am staring at a holiday weekend....and boy am I a great cook! Lol. Struggled going to the grocery store to buy all my holiday foods.....going after my workout seemed to help with my decision making. Did I mention I LOVE chocolate? I weighed myself today and I am up 1 lb from my week off the wagon. My conundrum is to host a great holiday, stare at my kids chocolate all weekend.....knowing I am going into the weekend already up....hmmmmm, this is going to be real hard...but weigh in less than a week away I really need to have a plan. At the grocery store I fought with myself but did not convince myself I need the fancy desserts.....or some of the very rich side dishes....I really cut back....I am hoping I can get to the gym in the am and that may help where my head is....weekends are hard!0
