Good Morning Group! It's that time. With the Easter holiday in the mix I still managed to lose 7lbs since our last weigh in but I am up from the Holiday a slight bit. 7 still feels good to me. Slow and steady hopefully it will be gone for life!

I'm disappointed I didn't lose anything this time around. I'm finding it a lot harder to change my eating habits and sticking within the calorie limit. Of course it doesn't help that I'm stressed out with comprehensive exams and a master's recital coming up.

Whoa 7lbs is incredible!
@momo when your under a lot of stress it's OK to stick with maintenance until you can put some of your focus back. Just keep going and don't give up!

Goodbye March so glad to see you go, one son with a concussion, 3 with the stomach flu this week, 3 pizza parties, 1 restaurant party, Easter and this weekend my sons confirmation party. Please, April , be nice and quiet so I can focus on me

I guess I'll post here- I thought we were weighing in mid-month so posted to that thread instead.
Unfortunately I didn't lose any weight this month. I had a change in jobs and a couple of weeks off in between. Although I didn't gain any weight and don't think my eating was bad at all - I guess the quantity was just enough that I didn't lose any weight0
