Hi All~

Today is the day we start the challenge. Please take a look at the 'Events' on the right side of the group page for details. Check in here at the end of each day. You are aiming to drink 11(or more) 8 oz cups of water today and for the next 6 days after that.

    16.9 oz plus.So i had two 16.9 oz , bottles and 10oz coffee and 8oz vinegar/honey water so far

    If anyone wants a water tracking app that'll give you alerts to drink more water through the day, I use Plant Nanny. It's kind of silly, but you pick a plant, and when you track your water consumption, it waters the plant that you picked. You can pick how frequent to get alerts and everything. Again, silly, but seeing the plant get sad and thirsty makes me want to drink more!

    Haha Olivia, I love that. I might have to get that app. I would be sad when the plant was sad, so I'd definitely drink water.

    WOOO HOOO....great start to our challenge week!!!! How does everyone feel? Was it difficult to get it all down? Did you feel you were using the bathroom every 5 secs?
    I just finished my 12th cup.

    Wow! You're all killing it .....again! I came up a couple
    of cups short yesterday. I am at 9 glasses for today and working on my 10th. B)

    Man I barely made it today. It was crazy. It was my kids' school carnival and I put my water bottle in my purse and half an hour in I reached for it and it was gone. I lost it. I was mad. Then we were there for three hours and I didn't wanna pay for a tiny bottle of water xD so I occasionally hit the water fountain, but mostly had no water at the silly school carnival. Had to grab my last few glasses right before crawling into bed (where I'm at as I type this haha)
    But! I got eleven cups. Three days running.
