I did good on my eating today but not one shred of exercise was experienced today. I was pulled in all kinds of directions are work today so by time I picked up my daughter, made dinner and cleaned up, I was spent. With all of that said, I feel like I'm making excuses.
Well tomorrow is another day to try to do better!!

    You can hit your goals!! If you find that you're super busy, try to exercise throughout the day. Jog in place and do squats while you're cooking. Jumping jacks and pushups during a commercial break. The small things add up!! Good job on sticking with your eating! You got this!!

    squats work, try to do 10 to 15 every time you go to the restroom, right there and then, that's how I fit it in, I make sure I drink a lot so that I can have many trips to the loo, doesn't hurt :)
    Before you know it, you would have done 50 squats in a day.
