I dont know of a cure to completely recover. I do take meds for it at night.0

I take gabapentin (600mg, 3x/day) for neuropathy in my feet. My doctor wanted to put me on Lyrica but my insurance wouldn't pay anything towards that medication & it's quite expensive the last time I checked.
The tingling I had in my feet kept waking me up during the night resulting in crappy sleep and being groggy upon waking.

I take Gabapentin also (300mg).
I tried Lyrica but it made me swell so much.0 -
Isnt there any diet that can be helpful?0

I read on the mayo clinic site that you should include foods high in B vitamins, fruit, veg, low fat meat and grains..instead on another site to get your B12 level checked. You can look on the Mayo clinic site. I would only take it from a reputable source...there is a ton of misinformation out on the web. Hope that helps. I just googled it and picked the Mayo clinic link.2

There have been studies suggesting that taking Alpha lipoic acid is somewhat effective in reducing diabetic neuropathy
