What are your favorite recipes to freeze?

I like to make these breakfast muffins, but I use compliant chorizo galonamission.com/paleo-breakfast-muffins-whole-30-approved/

I also like to make giant batches of cauliflower rice to have in the freezer.

Does anybody have any recipes or Pintrest boards that they enjoy?

    Paleo Shepherd's pie freezes amazingly well. I used the Fast Paleo recipe at first, but now just make it the way I feel like making it. Using the parsnips in the cauliflower mash is a must, imho, it makes it taste soooooo good. <a href="http://fastpaleo.com/recipe/shepherds-pie/">Paleo Shepherd's Pie</a> (I usually omit the wine because I rarely have it on hand. I've used it once and it definitely adds a certain something, but I think it's still delicious without it) I've also found the cauliflower/parsnip mash freezes really well so whenever cauliflower is on sale, I'll make up a bunch of the mash and freeze it (cauliflower is super expensive most of the time in my area!)

    I have a Paleo Rawr pinterest board that has stuff on it, don't really follow any particular pinterest boards, I pick and choose what looks good :smile: you can follow me on pinterest...same username as MFP

    Never thought of freezing my cauliflower rice, is this after you cook it or just riced? I am new to Paleo but have started a board and like Nom Nom Paleo and what else pops up on Pinterest. Looking for tried and true baked bagels, tortillas, and bread for variety.
