So far grape nut cereal with mango and almond milk. Later I think il have a whole baby watermelon and 2 slices of vegan pizza0

I ate breakfast burrito with no meat. Then guacamole and tortilla corn chips. Lastly yogurt and cashews.0

New (relatively) to the plant-based thing. Today, thus far, I've eaten a baked potato topped with an awesome homemade red lentil curry that I made (loaded with eggplant, purple cauliflower, sweet potato, zucchini, red pepper, and cilantro). Was quite full. Now I'm about to sit down to a vegan bologne sandwich -- Yves veggie bologne, Veganaise, arugula, roasted red pepper, hot pepper rings, avocado, all on sprouted grain bread.0

Today is already planned out (and partially eaten):
Half of a morning glory muffin (loaded with sunflower seeds, raisins, etc.) and coffee with Silk Original soy milk.
Medium baked potato with some salt and ketchup as a snack.
Sandwich - similar as yesterday: Yves veggie bologne, Veganaise, arugula, roasted red pepper, avocado, all on sprouted grain bread. Side of a sliced red delicious apple.
Leftover red lentil curry (same as yesterday).
If I get hungry, I have some chopped salad in the fridge and guacamole.

So far today I've had a large green salad with a small amount of cheese. A handful of brazil nuts.oatcakes & peanut butter.Making quoin bolognese for tea.Plenty of water.0

Todays menu is a mountain of fruit salad with yogurt for breakfast. Veggie pizza wrap with salad for lunch and homemade spring rolls with a veggie stir fry and rice noodles.0

Salad with Light Life Soy Chicken Tenders, feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes.
For dinner I will have a pepper, onion stirfry with Soy sauce.1 -
Vegan black bean burger with pickles and chips (I only ate a couple and gave the rest to my husband) for lunch. Large salad with homemade dressing for dinner. Ate a raspberry-cashew-chia bar after dinner. Drank coffee and water throughout the day and enjoying jasmine oolong tea this evening.1

Breakfast - porridge (just rolled oats and water)
Lunch - homemade lentil soup
Dinner - homemade tofu and vegetable broth bowl with wholewheat sobs noodles
Snacks - 100 calorie pack almonds. 200g pineapple, 1 cup almond milk
I came in a couple of calories under my 1200 calorie goal1
