    I hope to sleep in too! Glad you're better. This chronic illness stuff is tough. I hope to just have an easy day tomorrow... Shoulder is not great but it's as good as it can be for now.... It could be worse. I did my walk today and I had to keep telling myself... It's OK that you're slow and tired.... You're still lapping the person sitting in the couch... Met my step goal so I feel victorious.

    I suffer from gastroparesis and IBS-D. It is normally well controlled, but the last few days have not been great. I have those days, but they are fewer now. It just seems to wipe you out completely and I don't sleep well.
