Scale victory - Goal weight achieved!

I hit my goal weight this morning. First time to see 170 pounds since I left high school. This is the lightest my wife has ever seen me. I'm 60 pounds down from my heaviest and 25 down since I started this most recent push (I've been up and down a lot in the past) and I plan I keeping it here this time. I will go into maintenance mode and work to lose a bit more fat and pull up my lean body mass, yay for the slow part.
Thank you to everyone here for the encouragement, reading stories and struggles lets me know that I am just like everyone else, I fall on my face and get up again, as long as I make it a couple steps further each time I know I'm doing it right.
I should have another goal completed this weekend as well after I finish the tough mudder. Once I'm done with that I need to save my pennies because I'll have no excuse to not get a Trifecta next year in the Spartan races (TM is the same distance as the Spartan beast). Yay for new goals and new beginnings.

I loved it. Training paid off and I was able to run the whole thing and because they push the team efforts part I had a lot of fun just with everyone around. The obstacles were entertaining as well, they put good thought into most of them. The only issue people were running into (literally) was at the end with the electric shock wires and the wind, normally they aren't much of an issue other than a bit of pain but the wind was blowing the wires up and they were catching people in the neck and head and knocking them out for a split second. I had one catch me and there is definitely a black spot. So much fun though, already signed up for next year0
