I'm a little disappointed in myself this week, but admittedly I have gone overboard on sodium,having Chinese one night and deviled ham twice this week. I usually can pull a 2-5 pound loss on the first week of any refreshed diet.
However, I have completed 2 walks, 3 c25k workouts, and 1/2 of a beginning barre workout. That's more than I've moved all winter.3 -

Just started the group so I'll see what I get next week. Sticking strictly to my diet which is 2 meal replacement shakes and one meal plus working out daily. Cycling is my choice of cardio and doing over 20 miles a day.
Gotta say I'm soooo excited about this challenge it's helping to keep me focused so definitely welcomed. I will go out of my mind if I hit goal!!!4 -

The past two weeks have been a combination of plateaus, illness and back tracks, BUT I am happy about the overall loss I've achieved so far and ready to tackle the rest of this weight. Everyone has been doing so great, and I'm proud of the weight we have all lost!
