Does anyone have experience with them?
Has I get stronger and I'm lifting heavier as well as occasionally running long distances I think I'm not recovering like I use too. I'm also curious about benefits from performance while wearing them.

I wear compression sleeves at work. I do a lot of walking and am on my feet for several hours a day. I just started this a few weeks ago when my knees were bothering me. I love them. My legs and feet feel invigorated and not tired.

Not the same as for exercise, but I can only believe it would help.

    Just my 2cw!

I'm curious about your use of compression sleeves for lifting. I have to use them due to having lymphedema from breast cancer surgery.. Do other people use them for different reasons? Thank you!!!

So I've only worn compression sleeve for my long runs. Which is once a week. I feel so far that they are helping during the run and after during recovery. I've yet to use them during lifting but I might try it this week as I increase my weight.

I use a compression sleeve for normal activities due to arthritis in my knees, but I wear neoprene knee sleeves for lifting. These tend to be thicker than compression sleeves, not to mention more expensive. I have noticed improvement in my mobility since I've been wearing the knee sleeves, even though I only wear them when I lift.

even when i was thin, my thighs were too thick for most compression sleeves, so i'm using elastic wraps for my knees. helps a lot.
