Hi,
I lost about 85 pounds when I first joined MFP, and have kept off about 55 of them, after lots of changes in my life during the past two years. I am now finally ready to stop the weight creeping back on, and get rid of alot more. I have gradually started my intermittent fast, since this fits well my work and personal life. I use Fitbit Charge HR, and have usually at least 600 calories from exercise/work, will have about 2200 calories to feast on every day, and aim to do a 18/6 fast.
In order to stay on track, I hope it's ok for me to post something here every day, and I would love to hear from anyone who wants to join me on this journey!
