I'm a longtime Fitbit user, and I like to sync my Fitbit and MyFitnessPal accounts. I was wondering if anyone out there in the SYSK army also used Fitbit and would like to become friends on that platform as well! I use a Fitbit, but not competitively. I've noticed lately that MFP sometimes has a hard time uploading my steps into the app. Is anyone else experiencing this? Also, what are your thoughts on the exercise calories MFP adds back into your daily total? I ignore them and stick to my regular calorie goal, but my boyfriend uses them.0

I use MFP more for tracking nutrients and fitbit for calories.0

My fitbit calorie adjustment seems pretty accurate, more accurate than guessing what my YouTube video lead exercise equals in the MFP database.
I love knowing that I am a little more active than I thought and also being able to see if maybe I'm falling behind in my steps and I need to move around some.

I got a fitbit last year, and it has definitely helped me increase my activity level. I never considered myself to be very competitive, until I started getting invited to weekly challenges. Now I'm walking around at 11:30pm trying to get in more steps so that I can win! I hardly ever come in first, but I am certainly more active now.
