POST YOUR WEIGHT IF YOU DARE!!!
Let's do something brave here and post some dimensions. I'll start first - My name is Chuck and I am 5'10" and weigh 233 lbs. That is a ridiculous amount of weight for my frame and being at that weight has had a decidedly negative effect on my life, physically and mentally. My ideal, super healthy weight is probably…
Short term/Long term goals...
Hey, folks. Thanks for being active here so far! So let's talk goals. Long term goals are only accomplished by satisfying short term goals, right? Working around the rest of your family
I'm just curious how other people with spouses and kids work to accommodate them with your lifestyle changes. My wife also struggles with her weight, but the approaches that work for us couldn't be more different. How did you get hooked on SYSK? When? (If you can remember)
My friend suggested "Ted talks" since I live an hour from work. I started with that for a few. Then started looking around at what else was out there and this was the one! 2015. I've dabbled a bit since with "stuff mom never told you", "stuff they don't want you to know" and "stuff you missed in history class". SYSK keeps…

Marathon training and putting weight ON!!
Am I the only person in the world who seems to put on weight when marathon training? I think it's because I feel that after a long run (say 15 miles plus) I can eat what I like. Sadly, this is obviously not true :-( Anyone else find that their willpower goes out of the the window after they have been to the gym?
