    Just listened to an old episode and heard about the group. Just joined so hopefully SYSK Army is still looking to get fit

    I just listened to the same episode - Chiggers. I have been using My Fitness Pal for a few years, and started listening to SYSK about 6 months ago. I enjoy both, so I figured I would see if the group is alive.
